All users
1) We assign each user a unique member number e.g. 67289543 in the example below. You use your member number as reference on your PDA screensaver e.g.

2) You notify us your contact numbers. We call/email/text you as soon as we receive notification from the finder of your misplaced PDA. We recover the PDA via our FreePost service. Or you may recover the PDA yourself if the finder agrees we can give you their contact details.
3) The recovery process is confidential. We will not reveal your details to the finder of the PDA without your prior agreement. We will not reveal their details to you without their prior agreement. We will not publicise this business in any way. We will mention this business to other potential clients only with your prior agreement in each instance.
4) All recoveries are on a best efforts basis. No refunds will be made if you lose your PDA and we are unable to recover it.
Business users
1) You pay annually in advance for use of the recovery service. If we feel you are not paying in full for all the PDAs covered by our recovery service, we may request you to provide proof to explain the number of PDAs actually covered.
2) You set level of reward for finder. We pay it up front (via cheque when we receive PDA back). We recover that cost from you on monthly invoice (+ VAT). You may also pay the finder direct if that helps with recovery, but the basic assumption is reward comes from us. We absorb all other costs associated with recovery.
Personal users
1) You pay in advance each time you use the recovery service. We do not recover your PDA until your payment is fully cleared. VAT will be added to all amounts.
2a) You can pay £35+VAT before you lose your PDA. This is the fastest and cheapest way to get your PDA recovered.
2b) You can pay £70+VAT after you lose your PDA. This is a slower and more expensive way to get your PDA recovered.
3) We set level of reward for finder. We pay it via cheque when we receive your PDA back from the finder. You may also pay the finder direct if that helps with recovery, but the basic assumption is reward comes from us. We absorb all other costs associated with recovery.
