If you find a PDA or other item with our contact details, please leave us a voice message on 01624-618646 - full contact details here. There will be a serial number starting with 67 on the screen/label/fob or in any SMS (text) message we sent you. Please mention that number in your message. Also leave your name and contact telephone number. Please do not delay.

We will call you and ask you to put the PDA in a strong padded envelope (ideally bubble-wrapped i.e. in a Jiffy type envelope that you can buy from most Post Offices or stationers). Write our FreePost address on the envelope and place it in any postbox - no stamps are required.

Reward for recovery

There is a generous reward for recovery - typically between £20 and £50. We pay you the reward by cheque after you have returned the PDA to us.

Your privacy

We will not give your contact details to the owner of the PDA unless you tell us we can do that. All recoveries are on a 'no questions asked' basis.

If you agree to the owner contacting you, they may arrange to meet you somewhere. They will give you the reward in cash. You must then give them their PDA back.
