Hello. You received a text (SMS) message and/or email telling you that someone found your lost PDA (or other item). We will call the finder back on their mobile number and arrange for them to return the PDA to us. We will pay them the reward per your agreement with us. We then return your PDA to you.
You can also recover your PDA directly if you would prefer that. The finder must first agree to us giving you their contact details. You then contact the finder and arrange to meet them. For security reasons, we suggest you not give them your address. Arrange to meet them somewhere public - not at your home/office. You must give them the cash reward (per your agreement with us) before they hand the PDA back to you. If you decide to recover the PDA yourself, please leave a message for us on 01624 618646 so we know we do not have to recover the PDA ourselves.
